Pricing & Subscription Policy

MCH Publications provides independent investment research, quantitative analytics, market data, research tools and related informational services through the MCH Research platform.

Access is sold by subscription tier. Features vary by tier. No tier provides API access, bulk export or extraction of the underlying research data; subscriptions grant access to the research as published on the site.

MCH Publications is offered in the following tiers.

Monthly billing, where activated, is US$29 per month for Professional.

• Reader — free. Entitlements may include public research reports, limited or delayed rankings, limited Alpha Lab access and limited screening. Reader carries no commercial-use rights, and like every other tier no API access or bulk export.
• Professional — US$249 per year, or US$29 per month where monthly billing is activated. Includes full published research, the research archive, full Alpha Lab, full rankings, full screening, the full options analytics, research alerts and CSV export, for one user and for personal or internal research use only.
• Desk — from US$1,999 per year. Pricing depends on seats, permitted use, support and commercial licence. The indicative default is up to 5 seats and internal team use, with no API access, no bulk export and no external redistribution unless separately authorised in writing.

Founding Professional is a limited founding cohort offer of the Professional tier, available to the first 100 qualifying subscribers at a launch price of US$149 per year.

The US$149 base subscription price remains available only while:

1. the subscription remains continuously active
2. renewal payments succeed
3. the subscriber remains in good standing
4. the subscriber does not cancel or materially change the subscription
5. the subscription remains substantially the same Professional service

The price lock does not automatically include:

• taxes
• new optional add-ons
• separately priced datasets
• additional seats
• new API products
• materially expanded services
• third-party data products
• enterprise functionality

If a Founding subscription is cancelled and later restarted, then-current pricing applies.

Founding Professional includes no API access, data feed or bulk export, on the same terms as every other tier.

MCH Publications does not offer API access, data feeds or bulk export of the underlying research data, and no subscription tier includes them. Research is provided for reading and use on the site. Any dataset or enterprise arrangement outside this framework would be a separate written agreement under the Data & API Licence, and none is offered at present.

Annual subscriptions are billed in advance for 12 months. Monthly subscriptions, where offered, renew monthly until cancelled.

The checkout displays:

• the price
• the currency
• the billing interval
• applicable taxes
• the renewal terms
• any promotional conditions
• the applicable refund guarantee
• links to the Terms of Service, this policy, the Cancellation & Refund Policy and the Privacy & POPIA Policy

International prices may be quoted in US dollars. Where supported by the payment provider, prices may be presented or settled in South African rand or other supported currencies.

The subscriber's bank or card issuer may impose foreign-exchange charges that MCH does not control.

The checkout displays whether VAT, sales tax or other applicable taxes are included in or added to the price. The final payable amount appears before payment is authorised.

MCH may offer:

• founding pricing
• introductory pricing
• trials
• referral offers
• bundles
• promotional discounts

Promotions may have eligibility restrictions and generally cannot be combined unless stated.

MCH may change future subscription pricing. A price change does not retrospectively alter amounts already paid for the current term.

Where required, MCH notifies subscribers before a changed renewal price takes effect.

Payment may be retried after a failure. MCH may temporarily restrict paid features while an account remains unpaid.

Upgrades may be prorated or may begin a new subscription period, depending on checkout mechanics. Downgrades generally take effect at the end of the current paid term.

Cancellation channels, the 14-day money-back guarantee for eligible first-time annual Professional and Pro subscribers, and refund mechanics are set out in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

MCH subscription fees purchase access to research, information, analytics and functionality. They are not:

• investment-management fees
• performance fees
• brokerage
• transaction compensation
• profit shares
• guarantees of investment outcomes

Purchasing an MCH Publications subscription does not establish a discretionary investment-management, brokerage, fiduciary or personalised financial-advice relationship unless separately documented under an expressly regulated service agreement.
