Acceptable Use Policy
What subscribers may and may not do with MCH Publications research, data and tools.
This policy sets out the conduct that is prohibited on the MCH Research platform and the use that is permitted. It forms part of the MCH Publications policy framework and applies alongside the Terms of Service and, for API and data users, the Data & API Licence.
Permitted use
Legitimate human research use of MCH Publications, within the entitlements of the applicable subscription tier, is permitted.
Use of APIs that MCH has expressly permitted, within the applicable licence and its rate limits, is permitted.
Prohibited conduct
Users may not engage in:
- unauthorised scraping of the platform or its content
- automated high-volume extraction of research or data
- sharing of credentials
- resale of accounts
- security testing without authorisation
- circumvention of paywalls or access controls
- introduction or distribution of malware
- posting or transmitting unlawful content
- unauthorised redistribution of MCH content or data
- attempts to reconstruct proprietary databases
- abuse of API limits
- use intended to damage service availability
Consequences of breach
Conduct prohibited by this policy may constitute material breach of the Terms of Service and may lead to suspension or termination of access. Refund rights following termination remain subject to law, as described in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Suspected misuse of the platform or a security concern may be reported to contact@mchadvisoryservices.com.
