Investment Research & Regulatory Disclaimer
MCH Publications provides general and impersonal investment research and information — what that means and what it does not.
MCH Publications is intended to provide general, impersonal investment research and information, unless another service is explicitly offered under a separately documented regulated arrangement. This disclaimer forms part of the MCH Publications policy framework and applies to every research report, ranking, score, Alpha Lab output, options analytic and methodology page published on the MCH Research platform.
Nature of the service
The regulatory characterisation of a service depends on its facts, content, distribution and applicable law.
Purchasing a subscription does not establish a discretionary investment-management, brokerage, fiduciary or personalised financial-advice relationship unless separately documented under an expressly regulated service agreement; see the Pricing & Subscription Policy.
Not personalised advice
MCH Publications does not take account of an individual subscriber's objectives, financial circumstances, risk tolerance or suitability. It is written for a general audience and is not addressed to the circumstances of any particular investor.
Publication of a security, ranking, score, expected return, target price or scenario does not create a personal recommendation.
Investment decisions remain the responsibility of the user. Users should obtain independent professional advice where appropriate.
No offer or solicitation
Research is not an offer or solicitation to transact in any security.
No guarantee
Content is not a guarantee. The matters MCH does not warrant, including that forecasts will occur or that target prices will be reached, are set out in the Terms of Service.
Estimates, models and data
Users should be aware that:
- research may contain estimates and models that can be wrong
- research may use third-party data that has not been independently verified in every instance
- research can become outdated
- market prices can move rapidly
Every publication reflects the information available at its research cut-off, and later events may invalidate earlier conclusions.
Risk of loss
Options, derivatives, leveraged securities and volatile instruments can result in material or total loss.
Tax
Tax consequences differ by investor and jurisdiction.
Conflicts, research integrity and performance
MCH-related persons or associated investment vehicles may hold securities discussed. Holdings and conflicts are disclosed under the Conflicts of Interest & Securities Ownership Policy.
The standards under which research is produced, classified and revised are set out in the Research Integrity Policy. The classification of backtests, simulations and forecasts is governed by the Performance & Backtesting Policy.
