What we collect, and what we do with it.

MCH Advisory Services (“we”), a South-Africa-based investment-research and advisory practice, operates mchadvisoryservices.com and the research hub at research.mchadvisoryservices.com. For any question about this notice or your information, email marinus@mchadvisoryservices.com.

When you submit the form on our contact page we receive:

• your name and email address (both required, so we can reply);
• your organisation and the nature of your enquiry, if you provide them;
• the message you write.

That submission is emailed to us and is not stored in a database or a customer-relationship system. We use it to answer you and to manage any relationship that follows — nothing else. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for anyone else’s marketing.

Enquiry emails stay in our mailbox for as long as they are useful for the enquiry and any resulting engagement, and are then deleted. You can ask us to delete yours sooner — see clause 07.

We keep this list short deliberately. Each of these processes information on our behalf in order for the site to work:

• Vercel — hosts the site. Its servers necessarily see the usual request data, including your IP address.
• Vercel Web Analytics — aggregate page-view counts. It is cookieless and does not build a profile of you or follow you across sites.
• Resend — delivers the enquiry email to us.
• Google Fonts — serves the two typefaces this site uses, which means your browser requests them from Google and Google receives your IP address.

These are processors, not audiences: naming them is not the same as sharing your details with third parties, which we do not do.

We set none. Because our analytics is cookieless and we run no advertising or tracking scripts, there is nothing for a cookie banner to ask you about — which is why you have not seen one.

Our published research is built from market and company data and from our own analysis. It does not process, contain or infer information about you, and reading it is not logged against you as an individual.

Email marinus@mchadvisoryservices.com and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. If you would simply rather not use the form, write to that address directly — the form is a convenience, not a requirement. South Africa’s Protection of Personal Information Act gives you rights over your information; our formal information-officer details are ⟨TBC⟩ pending registration.

If we change what we collect or who processes it, we will change this page and move the “last updated” date above. Material changes to how we handle enquiries will be described here rather than buried.
